Hi guys! The intro pretty much sums it up. I'm looking for someone to hang out with who enjoys the same things I do. I have two bachelor degrees and teach elementary music. I am active in my church's music ministry. I enjoy home improvement projects. I love all kinds of music (except country!) I'm pretty easy going, but also fairly competitive (OK my friends and family would say very competitive...but I'm currently working through a 12 step program for it :) I am settled and happy, but if God chooses to bring someone special into my life, I am open to that. I love playing games with friends and family. I also love movies, broadway shows, and local events. I would love to travel (with the right person, of course!) I work out 3-4 days per week, and stay active. I love , dogs, family, and friends, but most importantly God. My "sole" and "soul" desire is to "...grow in the grace and knowledge of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ."
My Ideal Person
I've found that God knows best what I need, so I'll leave it up to Him, but here are a few hints... a spiritual leader, honest, trustworthy, fun, caring, goal-oriented. I tend to be attracted to men who are laid-back and intelligent. When I am comfortable in a situation, I'm generally an extrovert; but don't really enjoy lots of crowds. Because music is such an important part of my life, I would like to share that passion with someone. I'm not willing to give up my dog, so no allergies please. She (my corgi/terrier mix) is a good judge of character, so be prepared! I'm not in a hurry to get married. For now, I really just want someone to hang out with and get to know. Most (OK, all..) of my friends are married, so it gets old being a third wheel. Dinner and a movie are a whole lot more fun with someone else.
