My Ideal Person
I am looking for an uncomplicated relationship--no chaos. Someone who is trustworthy, fun, understanding, educated, alive, fun, accepting, not pushy, strong in his faith with the Lord, someone who can lead (be my calm when the storms of life come).

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is lived out in my life. I understand committment, what my word means and how to keep the promises I make. I have been a Christian long enough to know that God's Word is true and know that obedience to the Word is important. I am at a point in my walk that I am seeking to go deeper with my relationship with the Lord.

John 3:16 Psalm 139:13-24

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
A Christian relationship is important to me because I have had a relationship that was unequally yoked (believer/unbeliever) and I am not willing to go to that place again.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in a small town on a farm. I was raised to understand a strong work ethic which includes taking care of others needs before my own. I traveled a lot prior to my marriage and having my child. Mostly, I would go where my friends were and just spend time with them. Recently, I traveled with my son to Hershey PA and would have to say that is my new "favorite" spot - - for the smell of chocolate!

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Spending time with my friends doing activities such as bowling, skiing, going to the movies and out to eat. Recently, I started a swing areobic class with a friend.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I am currently employed at two different positions. I am a full time secretary and a day shelter supervisor at a homeless shelter. I volunteer with CASA of Ingham County in my spare time. Learning to adjust to the aging process.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To be happy, to follow the lead of the Lord and have my life be a reflection of my belief in him.
