I am pretty easy going, more outspoken the older I get. I attend church regularly, like working with children of all ages. I am very involved in a large city youth program. Teens are special people these days. They need us. I love to sing and sing in the church choir. I like contemporary christian music as well as lite rock and easy listening. On a date I enjoy a nice meal, movie(comedy or romance), group outings, bowling, walking, doesn't have to be fancy. I feel I am a romantic type. I enjoy serving others but don't want to be taken advantage of. I like surprises and appreciate the little things in life. I feel the world needs to turn around and go back, so I guess I'm kind of old fashioned too. Christians need to stand up more for what is right. Family and family time is also very important, we need each other.
My Ideal Person:
I'm looking for someone with biblical morals, funny(makes me laugh), respectful, sweet, all that mushy stuff but also a man of integrity, strong, someone TRUSTWORTHY, Involved in church, Easy to talk to, Romantic too. Becoming best friends would be the start of a solid relationship. I don't expect you to be perfect either.
God knows my hearts desire.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is what helps me get through day to day life. Especially when all those little unexpected things happen.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Isaiah 41:10, I also like the scripture that says Those that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
The more you have in common the stronger the relationship. God has to be your foundation, especially in the times we live!
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born in TN, but raised in IL. While married I lived in Germany, LA, and Florida. I love the south.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love to sing and work with the children. Get together with people my age and have fellowship. Cookouts, play games, I'm pretty flexible.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Usually pretty busy. Work, getting my son from point A to point B, he keeps me on my toes.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I want people to see more of Christ in me even when things might not be going so well. Exercise my faith more. I have been thinking about taking a few college courses someday.
