A friend once called me "Angel girl" probably because I try to do what is right in God's eyes. However, I do like to have fun, love to flirt sometimes, and have a mischievous side that will keep you on your toes. I am usually content but have been feeling a little unsettled lately, like an angel who is missing her wings. I would like to meet someone who could help me get off the ground again.
One of the first things people notice about me is my smile. I usually say I smile because I am lazy (it takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown). Truthfully, I smile easily because I love life and, even though I have had many challenges, I feel very blessed.
My parents always said I was a stubborn . That "stubbornness" has helped me through many tough times. It has helped me grow and mature in many ways so that I have learned to be very patient but very persistent when it is important to be so. I am being patient and have confidence that God is in complete control of every situation, including finding the man with whom I am supposed to share my life.
My Ideal Person
I am somewhat subdued when it comes to religion, but my faith is very important to me. When I am challenged, I will defend God's honor. I would like to get to know a man who desires a closer relationship with God. Someone who will support me in my spiritual walk and not detract from my growth.
I tend to "melt" for a good, sincere smile and would like to meet someone who smiles easily. Someone who will someday smile whenever he thinks about me. I would like to meet a man who enjoys witty conversations but can also talk about serious topics when appropriate. I love a man who can challenge my intellect yet be open to new ideas and viewpoints. He should like to take walks in the evenings just to relax, enjoy nature, talk, or just quietly stroll with me (enjoys the simple things in life). He should enjoy being active and must like to go out occasionally (movies, sporting events, plays, dinner, etc). No couch potatoes! However, he must also enjoy quiet evenings at home (eating home cooking or take-out, watching TV or a movie, talking, or listening to music, and enjoying a good bottle of wine). I would like to meet a Christian man who is steady, patient, and emotionally stable. He should have a caring nature and a general respect for others.
Wow! That is a long list. I could go on, but I don't think the perfect man exists on earth right now! I guess I can't expect anyone to fit all my "ideals". We are all unique and bring our special traits into a relationship, so I will trust that if the "right man" is reading this, God will lead him to contact me. God's blessing to you in your search.

I am nothing without my faith. I take comfort in God's amazing grace.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Proverbs 3:5-6
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in a small farming community, so I have country girl roots. However, I love living in the city (the past 18 years), but still like to go back home for visits. My favorite place to vacation is Florida or anywhere there is water where I can swim or fish.
