I'd like to meet a caring guy that is a supportive friend. Someone who is self-assured and secure in who he is, has some creative outlets, enjoys music. Being mild tempered or having the temper under control is a nice plus.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith involves a personal relationship with the Lord, having received healing from hurts of the past, receiving love and encouragement, encouraging others, looking for guidance and direction from the giver of life.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
God is Love. According to your faith be it unto you. Beloved, let us love one another.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Because I have a heavenly father that loves me very much. He directs my life and gives it meaning. It's important to me to share that love with others. I'm trusting that the Lord has a wonderful man that also shares these same beliefs.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in my younger years in the L A area and later in the foothills of the Sierras. Later I lived in the Appalachian mountains, Virginia Beach area, northern and southern Iowa, Tampa, Omaha. I have traveled to most states in the U.S., to Mexico and Canada. My grandparents used to live on an island between Seattle and Vancouver. Favorite places: Columa (gold country) California, Estes Park, CO; the lake country in MN, Tampa, Los Angeles, many places, beaches, mountains, oceans, etc.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I have enjoyed singing in a church band. I enjoy song writing with others, romantic settings, music, family times, going to the zoo, vacationing, picnics with friends, sing alongs, most activities

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Getting up early during the week, getting ready for work while listening to the radio, exercising awhile, going to work, getting off work, going home to cook and eat supper, talking on the telephone to friends or family, doing some lyric writing for an upcoming weekly meeting, attending a book writers monthly meeting, writing on a book, having my son or daughter over for supper, going to my daughters for supper, going for a walk, going to a friend's for bible study & singing & visiting, going out for coffee with a friend, talking a walk or exercising, etc.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To publish some of the books I've written, sell a book of poetry, sell more of the songs I've written, continue writing, get involved in another TV show, fall in love with a wonderful man and begin sharing a great life together, be an encouragement to family and friends, to continue helping others, to continue growing in the faith, continue in many of the things I'm already involved in.
