So I am keeping this real. I am committed to the Lord. I love Him and His Word. I am from New Orleans and all that it means to be from there, I am. At the moment I am grieving the destruction to home. But the South will rise again. And all my friends and family will have homes and jobs once more soon. I dont like to play with my faith, other than that I am not taking the rest of life too seriously. As in...cant afford to sweat the little stuff--it takes care of itself... However this just seems silly writing about me. If you want to know about me...call me. write me...take a chance and maybe I am not going to bite. But its a too way blind date and I may not be the one for you. who knows?
My Ideal Person:
I am open to God doing the sending to me...all I am doing is knocking on doors.
Not looking for perfect..I dont know what that is. I am looking because I have not found the man I am supposed to be with yet I guess. Or maybe I have and just didnt know it? Isnt this hard?

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
without faith...falling would be a permanent place of residence. Faith is used by many as a 'catch-all" phrase...by Faith I mean..believing and wholly trusting in the Word and what God reveals to a person...not a flavor of denomination
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Jeremiah 33:2 Thus says the Lord Who made [the earth], the Lord Who formed it to establish it--the Lord is His name:
3Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand).
AND Job 42
10And the Lord turned the captivity of Job and restored his fortunes, when he prayed for his friends; also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.(1)
AND
Isaiah 40
4Every valley shall be lifted and filled up, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the crooked and uneven shall be made straight and level, and the rough places a plain.
Luke 3
5Every valley and ravine shall be filled up, and every mountain and hill shall be leveled; and the crooked places shall be made straight, and the rough roads shall be made smooth;
Jeremiah 29
11For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.
12Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you.
13Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.(1)
14I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will release you from captivity and gather you from all the nations and all the places to which I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
If a relationship doesn not have God in the center of it then it will fail. I need to have a life partner that will love the Lord, not want religion, be able to seek God for Wisdom in all things, adn be able to cause me to walk a higher walk, hopefull I do the same as well with my spouse....I want to serve God WITH someone...not alone in a relationship. Would like to marry someone in the military...because I like the "service mind set "..translates well in the kingdom of God, in my opinion.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
father worked in NASA program, so we traveled all over. Settled in New Orleans.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Worship is my life line--favorite in church and home, hearing annointed revelation in a service, fellowship. outside? looking at antiques, camping, playing music, listening to good music, festivals.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
hmmm....that can varie at the moment. Word, food, pray, work, pray, stuff, play, pray, sleep...do it again.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
My goal is to have a solid stable relationship that can stand adversity, then to serve the Lord in whatever way I can and not have to deal with the enemy using the relationship as a distraction to that service....whether it is lay ministry or ordination....but I want to do for God and be used of Him. I live to please my Lord... but I am not at a point where I am not any earthly use :-)
