God has blessed me with a caring, compassionate spirit. I believe the strong in life must always stand up for the weak. I am extremely spiritual, yet do not belong to a man made religion. I am here for the Lord, and pray daily for His Wisdom, Strength and Patience to go down the right path. I am patiently waiting to see what He has in store for me around the next turn in the road.
My Ideal Person
I am hoping to meet someone with Christ in his life... no one fanatical or having tendencies towards cults... just the true belief and love of Jesus. I love long hair yet more important than our 'shells' is what is housed within, for after time erodes the shell... the heart, soul and spirit will still be shining. I need music in my life for it touches the soul... from Classical to Classic Rock (NO thank you). And of course those sweet, loving creatures... dogs are my perpetual children. I am waiting for God, in His Perfect Time and Wisdom, to merge me with the partner who will accompany me down the path He has laid before us.
Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My Faith is my life... my one companion through this world.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
John 3:16... For it carries everlasting hope to my heart.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
A good relationship is based on understanding... how can you truly understand a person if you cannot feel their spirit?
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
Born in Virginia... raised in a Chicago suburb... I crave warmth so any warm, balmy area would be ideal for a visit (or permanent life).
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love gardening, mowing the lawn, caring for the birds, painting (all home repair really)... anything outside on a warm, sunny day. 0;-)
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I used to care for my friend and his son... run the daily errands, clean the house, organize all his matters, work on his rental homes (cleaning & minor repairs), basically... tried to make his life as pleasant & stress free as possible for as long as God continued to breathe His life into him. Now, that he is gone... my charge from God is complete.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
My only goal in life is to continue going where God leads me and to do my best to accomplish what He wants me to do there.
