I love God, so I am looking for someone that loves God. I enjoy music and reading and experiencing other cultures. I’m fun-loving and can play silly or can be very serious and sophisticated, too. So, I can easily sit down and have fun playing a board game or I can enjoy a night out at the theater, opera or other cultural event. I’m tall, have blue eyes and have dark blonde hair. I have a few extra pounds on, but I’m always working on it (I mean on losing not gaining weight…although sometimes it just backfires!) Some interesting facts about me are that I spent 2 years living and teaching in Casablanca, Morocco. I have a heart for missions and love to travel (a good combo!) and hope to someday either go back overseas to teach again or to continue in missions through short-term trips. Also, I can speak passable French, Spanish, and Moroccan Arabic and can read basic French, Spanish and Latin (and some easy Arabic words); I have 2 BAs, one in History and one in Pre-Law; I can balance a spoon on my nose; I have 3 cats; I can make interesting farm animal noises; I have 27 first cousins; my middle names are Stephanie and Boyd; I played the saxophone up through college and sung at Carnegie Hall with my college choir, among many other things! Most of all, in spite of all the stuff you just read, what really defines me as a woman is my wacky sense of humor, my ability to go with the flow, my loyalty to my friends, and most importantly, my love for the Lord. If you come a little bit closer, you might really like me!
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a forever commitment with someone that is sold out for the Lord. For me, the secret of a successful marriage is to find someone that is serious about his relationship with God. On the other hand, I’m not looking for someone boring or overly-religious and legalistic. I believe in grace and joy and enjoying life while serving God. The qualities I’m mostly looking for are a sense of humor, strong faith, outgoing personality, high level of integrity and loyalty…and if you're handsome, it would really be a PLUS!
