I have an easy-going personality. I dislike the bar scene that's why I am trying this. I prefer to get to know someone over lunch or dinner. I like quiet surroundings when getting acquainted, but I am flexible. I am recently divorced and have two school-aged . I take pride in my home and community. When I'm at home, I enjoy listening to all types of music while enjoying my pool and working in the yard. Money and career were important to me, but now my priorities are God, family and then work. I am a notary public and when I am not working I make time for my and elderly father.
My Ideal Person
I'm looking for a man with integrity-- whose word is their bond. Someone who has a relationship with God and wants to take it slow in developing a relationship with me. I like going out on dates, but my real reason for being on the site is to meet people outside of the bar scene and church. I would like to have interesting adult conversation from time to time. I enjoy family events, walking the trail, swimming and motorcycle riding. I prefer men who care about their health and take care of themselves. I like my dates to be assertive in decision making, but also considerate and respectful of my feelings. I must know someone's character and be comfortable before I can be intimate. I do not take sex lightly. I have two children and they are very important to me. My world evolves around them. I would like to meet someone who knows the demands of raising children; who is also independent and responsible as a friend or companion. Anything else is icing.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is what keeps me going. My relationship with God helps me deal, cope and overcome what life throws at me.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I would love to find someone who shares my religous beliefs and has a relationship with God. I have been attending church faithfully for five years alone. Life is to be shared. Woman was not meant to be alone either. I need a help mate.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up moving around every year or two. We finally settled down in South Louisiana when I was in the third grade. I have lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 10 years. Loved it. I've been to Seattle, Washington; San Francisco and San Diego, California. North Caroliana and South Carolina, West Virginia, Tampa and Clearwater, Florida; and Cancun and Cosmel, Mexico.
