I have been called intelligent, funny, good-looking, kind, creative, deep, interesting, spiritual, and, occasionally, different. While I live in town right now, my heart is in the north woods and I enjoy outdoor activities including horseback riding, hiking, canoeing, swimming, and hunting. I also enjoy reading, writing, art (both viewing and creating), and learning.
My Ideal Person:
For me, the most treasured part of my close relationships is sharing a deep connection with God through Jesus. Other than that, I am looking for folks who are intelligent, flexible, funny, kind, of high personal character, and maybe just a touch unconventional.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I became a Christian a few days before my 18th birthday and haven't looked back. My relationship with God has been both my anchor and my sail.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
All of 'em
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I believe that common spiritual foundation is essential for a Christian's core relationships. Practically, I want to know that my partner is accountable to God, not himself or me, for his behavior. I seem to be drawn to a ministry lifestyle, and I like to spend time with others who share that calling.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
Northern Wisconsin, with a short detour to Chicago in young adulthood (that Christian college thing). I've been pretty well centered around the Midwest so far as my travel goes, altho' I did take a short-term missions trip to Monterrey, Mexico several years ago. I like big woods-enjoyed the Black Hills, really like the North Shore of Lake Superior and Northern Wisconsin. I would like to see Alaska and other regions far north, as well as New Zealand and Patagonia.
