Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
Jesus is my life. I am a sinner that is forgiven and for that I am thankful.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
My life verse is Phillipians 4:13...I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Colosians 3 is also good. Many of the Psalms are comforting and encouraging also.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
The Bible says that we must not be unequally yoked together. Since my relationship with Christ is my life, I would love to have someone who I could do my Quiet Time with, my Bible studies with, and to worship with.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Montana. I have lived in Charleston, S. C., Pensacola, FL., Connecticut, and Middletown, MD. I have traveled to 44 of the states in the U.S., Poland, Switzerland, Bosnia, Germany, Ireland, and Holland. The US is great and Holland was a flavor of my "roots". However, Poland and Bosnia were short term missions trips so more fulfilling.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Worshipping my Lord in song is a favorite activity at church. I am on the Praise and Worship team. I also enjoy the services and take notes in my Bible. I love the fellowship and my friends.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
During the week, I go to work and teach Learning Disabled children which is challenging but very rewarding. In the evenings, I help my daughters by babysitting my grandchildren at different times. Monday evenings after the grandchildren have been picked up, I go to Praise and Worship practice. Tuesdays, I stay at home and take care of my second daughter's 2 children so that she can work. Wednesdays are devoted to taking 2 of my grandchildren to church clubs, picking up a legally blind friend, and us going to prayer meeting. Thursdays I take my oldest grandson to his mother and then have the evening free for gardening or whatever. Fridays are free as are week-ends.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I want to retire in about 7 more years after I get my house paid for. I do want to go on more short term mission trips and serve Christ where He leads me. I would like to meet a strong Christian man to grow old with as we serve Christ.
