I'm almost 49 and love life. Anything to do with the outdoors appeals to me - fishing, walking, golf, sports, etc. There is a great deal to be said for the "great indoors" too - theatre, movies, fireplaces, and of course every womans homing device THE MALL. My son and I attend a wonderful active church with a pastor that always leaves us with the feeling that he may have been preaching just to us. I am very content with my life, but feel there is just something (really someone) missing.
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a Christian partner to pray with and for, someone to hold hands with during church services, a person who smiles just because birds are singing and spring is in the air.
Favorite television shows:
Old movies, Trading Spaces (TLC)
Favorite films:
The Way We Were, Chisim (John Wayne), The Sting, As Good As It Gets, Gone With The Wind
Favorite musicians or bands:
Jimmy Buffett, Reba MacIntire, Josh Grobin

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith and trust in God are all important. Being single is lonely at times, and it is always a comfort that I always have God to love and care for me.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
I love to read Psalms, all of it.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Belief in God is the strength that binds all relationships.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in the midwest and have lived in Colorado, Nebraska, Alabama, Georgia, and Northern Missouri. My favorite place to visit is the ocean at Panama City Beach.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Anyting outdoors or having to do with sports.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Wonderful. My office is next to the second grade class room, so I get hugged regularly. My son and I run together in the evenings. No two days are ever the same. I try to just smile and enjoy each moment.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
My personal goal is to raise my son as a good Christian and well educated. My spiritual goal is to understand God's bigger plan and not worry about the small "stuff".
