I am 40 years old, hispanic, divorced, have 2 boys ages 14 and 10. My boys keep me very busy and other than my Lord are what is most important to me. I also love to work out and have returned to doing that on a very regular basis and feel great. Plus, I can now outlast and outdo both of my boys (most of the time) LOL!!! I don't do the club/bar scene, even though I love to dance and enjoy all types of music, but I will on occasion and with the right person go dancing as I truly do love to dance. I'm an avid reader, love animals (I have a dog) and I am definitely a people person. All in all I would say I am pretty down to earth, absolutely LOVE TO LAUGH, I consider myself to be "low maintenance", enjoy just about anything outdoors (camping at rivers and lakes is a must during the summer), but cannot stand to be around a jealous or controlling person. I am loyal to my friends and family and have a relationship with my savior, Jesus Christ. I love surprises and like to do things for others. I have made mistakes in the past and do not consider myself "error free" even today, but I truly believe that mistakes make the best learning opportunities. I am looking for friendship and dating, as I also truly believe that your soulmate starts out as a friend who grows to be your very best friend. On a date, I would enjoy walking/talking at a park, talking over lunch or dinner at a restaurant, or doing something fun and spontaneous like roller skating, biking, hiking, going to garage sales, or even attending a sporting event. At home I listen mostly to Christian music Air1 (is my favorite radio station), but also enjoy contemporary pop (is it still called that?), rock music, and some hip-hop. I enjoy what I do for a living and really do like my job, but if necessary and for the right reasons, I would consider moving or relocating. And, lastly, I have been through alot in my life, but have held my faith in the one true God...and because I know HIM..."Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psalms 23:6
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a Christian man who enjoys the same things I do who will not mind taking time to get to know me and become my friend before attempting to seek more in a relationship. He would have to be very trustworthy and would have to love kids (even someone else's) and would like me for the person I am in Christ. He would enjoy casual, friendly dates to allow us to get to know each other well, but I am not excluding the possibility of something more if that were to develop. I exercise about 3-5 times a week and would hope to find someone who is also at that level or working to get there. I prefer to have my partner be assertive and have him be the decision maker but he also has to keep my likes and preferences in mind, (thus, the need to get to know each other).

Very important. I cherish and want to honor Him in all ways. My relationship with my Lord is precious and I continue to strive to make it what is should be.

Truly believe it is the only way that a marriage union can work out to meet God's plan and design.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
Small town in West Texas. Have seen and been to cities and places in South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Virginia, Florida, New Jersey, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Washington (state), California. Washington and Oregon are the greenest places I have ever seen, loved the lushness and beauty of the mountains.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
