In general, others say that I am thoughtful, intelligent and that I have a wonderful sense of humor. One of the first things people notice about me is my smile. Even strangers have approached me and commented on that attribute. I love life, and I guess it shows. Also, I thoroughly enjoy the company of others. The most important person in my life, however, is Jesus. He is my Lord and Savior, and He is the sweetest person I know. I have walked with Him for the past 18-19 years, and the walk just gets sweeter with each passing day. I have taken structured Bible studies for the past 14 years or so. I have completed the 7 year Bible Study Fellowship classes and was a small group leader at the church I attend for 3 1/2 years. For the past 1 to 1 1/2 years, I and another dear lady have taken a structured Bible study into the jail. I have taught children, adults, ushered at the church I attend, answered phones and offered Christian guidance. I have counseled others using the Bible (2 Timothy 3:16-17), and led singing for children and adults. I love the Lord with all my heart, soul, and mind and love others as myself. Basically, if you learn to put Jesus first, others second, and yourself last, you will have JOY in your life. And, it will show.
My Ideal Person:
One of the most important things I look for in a person is that they are genuine. It is important for people to be open, honest, sincere, and able to connect with others on a deep level. People need to be concerned about the things that affect them, but they also need to be concerned about the things that affect others.
