Most of my friends would say I have an easy going, somewhat shy personality. On a date, I like quiet surroundings with plenty of opportunity for sharing about ourselves and our lives.
I exercise regularly and I am trying to become the person God wants me to be.... He's not finished with me, yet!
I am listening for the Lord's leading in finding a significant other. I trust Him to bring that person into my life. I have a lot to offer in a relationship, and hope to find someone who appreciates all that I am.
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a man who puts God first in his life. Someone who seeks God's will daily. I need for my partner to take the spiritual lead in our relationship....someone that I can trust, with no doubts, whatsoever.
I like to be affectionate and would love to find someone who likes that, too... hugging and snuggling... oooooh. I can't wait to meet Mr. Right!

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith in Jesus Christ defines who I am. I gave my life to Him as a child and have always sensed His presence in my life.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
I like Psalms, I guess because I'm a singer. I also like Proverbs.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
The Lord said that we should not be unequally yoked. My partner just has to be a man of God!
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Georgia. I've traveled to NY, New Mexico,Colorado, Florida. I lived in Dallas for 9 years. I think Dallas was my favorite place.I've always wanted to visit Europe.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love being involved in the music ministry at my church. I love to sing for the Lord... I play piano, too. I teach chorus in a middle school and private lessons at home. I love what I do for a living. I thank God that I am able to be with so many young people and enjoy music with them.
I have 2 grown children that live far away, but we have a very close relationship, and keep in touch as much as we can. I also have 2 dogs that entertain me. They're part of the family, too.
I like going out to movies, theater, concerts, just coffee, but I do not go for the bar scene or wild partying. I like quiet evenings at home, watching movies on TV, talking with family and friends, playing games like board games, word games, card games, trivia games, etc. I especially like sitting in front of a fireplace, listening to music and snuggling.
