There is much to enjoy about life, and I do my best at it! Working keeps me young along with interacting with my grandchildren and the children I teach at church. I love the outdoors, reading and studying the Bible and singing at church! Some of my favorites activities include playing tennis, walking, fishing, playing with my dog, and listening to music. I have many friends and hopefully will enlarge my circle here. Friends say they love my quick smile and warm, loving personality.
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a kindly, fun-loving Christian man, who will enjoy life with me, that he will be a good friend, slow to anger, and love to laugh. Since I enjoy the outdoors I would want him to love that too, along with eating healthy, and staying fit. Good conversation, making memories, and enjoying the same things can build a lasting friendship and relationship.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is very important to me because my life was empty and Jesus filled me with Himself. I was born-again in 1983 and it has been an amazing journey since then. He has rescued me many times from myself!

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Because God's word says that we are not to 'yolked' with unbelievers. It is very important for a lasting loving relationship.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in the country in Erie, Pennsylvania. I moved to Florida and stayed there for 32 years. Part of that time was spent in the Florida Keys. I have traveled most of America in an RV for two years, and settled in Tennessee with my family. Northeast Tennessee is one of the most beautiful parts of America! I have traveled to Europe on a musical missions trip, and enjoyed several cruises.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Sing, sing, sing and sing some more. I love to harmonize in a quartet. I head up the Greeter Ministry and teach childrens church once or twice a month. We do enjoy our picnics at church and camping trips and missions trips. We are always doing something in the community.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Right now I'm temporarily taking care of my aging parents until I can get a place close by. They are pretty active (my dad is still an artist at 91). I'm always busy and include a good walk in the fresh air afterwards.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I'm hoping that I will find myself in a loving and sharing relationship with someone who is like me and has my same spiritual goals. I enjoy bible study and helping in the community.
