My Ideal Person:
God knows better for me than what I want for myself. I pray for a man who knows the Lord, loves Him above all else. What more could a woman wish for? It would be an extra blessing to have a man I could have adventures with, discuss experiences and thoughts with, travel with, and who knows - maybe learn to kayak with!

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My relationship with God is the most important part of life! It is all about Him, isn't it? I believe that faith without works is dead; so, therefore am practicing doing, not just hearing the Word.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
I sought the Lord and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. Psa 34:4, What things were gain to me, these things I have counted loss for Christ" Phil 3:7, He showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb Rev 22:1; When i am struggling, prayer verses are most important; when joyous, the Psalms. I love the book of James because it is written especially for the brethern. I also love the Gospel of John: Love!

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I've had relationships without Christ - will not do that again. (what's the purpose?) I have to serve Him. A relationship without my Lord distracts me from Him (I think James called that adulterous). What could be closer to Christ here on earth than to have a Christ-as-head relationship? I desire to honor Him, obey Him, and love Him.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
Birth place was MN, can't say I am fully grown yet. High school was San Diego, college NW Arkansas. Best ever? NW Arkansas! The Buffalo River around Ponca was my most remembered experience. It is a hidden gem. I love traveling and have lived in many places.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love anything out-of-doors; hiking, camping, swimming, beach walks. I'm a wannabe kayaker. There is still time yet! I love worship (especially the singing)- but then it is about Him isn't it not about me. I love studying the Word (building my relationship with Him).

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I work fulltime, work after work as a servant to Him, workout, play with my grandkids. Study and read alot. I am probably at work now as you read this. This coming year I am searching for my purpose in Him. (I just can't imagine it is all this work!)

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I just want to stand before God and have Him say "well done daughter". Whatever I must do to have that happen is my goal. I want to love Him - and have others see that in me. {sure can be a struggle some days}
