When I was 8 years old my favorite shirt was a red sweatshirt that had floppy-eared dog on the front. The dog was cute and all, but the saying on the shirt was what made it my favorite. It said, "I may not be rich, tough, or beautiful... but I'm faithful" That mantra holds true still today. Now don't get me wrong... I'm plenty tough when I need to be, because I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Beauty is is the eye of the beholder, and I have enough self-confidence to know that I can hold my own. But faithful, now that's the key. I live by faith. God has blessed me and continues to bless me, so I live every day as faithfully as I can. That's the exciting part of this journey, living every day through faith. That is why I am doing this now, I am looking for a travelling partner. God never leaves or forsakes me, but I am looking for my Adam, or Bob or Charles or David.... It's a journey; let's get going.
