I guess the best way to tell people about myself is to explain my priorities.
1. I love God and am trying to live a life pleasing to Him.
2. I am a single mother of 2 girls, ages 11 and 14. Raising them right is a BIG priority. I am homeschooling them while working full time as a secretary/admin assistant.
3. We attend church Sundays and the girls have youth on Wednesdays. There is pretty much no exception to this.
4. I am (with help from friends and my church) organizing a Christian Singles group for people in San Juan County. I truly feel that this is what God wants me doing right now, and as I told my eldest daughter, "When God shows me what he wants me doing after I pray every night to know His will... How do I tell Him 'NO', even if I wanted to?"
5. I have family that lives close, and occasionally they need me to help out with something. We are very close, and are there for each other in times of need.
6. In my spare time, I love to read, play card and board games, watch movies, bake, camp and many other things I am sure I can't remember right now.
I love to laugh, and consider laughter a necessity rather than a luxury.
