Now that my 4 children are on their own, I am looking forward to meeting an honest, committed Christian man who loves the Lord. I love meeting new people, cooking, working out at the gym, swimming, and reading Christian novels. I love to travel to see new places in God's wonderful creation.
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for an honest, committed Christian who loves the Lord with all of his heart, soul, and mind. One who will love his wife as Christ so loves the church. One who will enjoy being with his wife and encouraging her to fulfill her destiny in Christ.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith in Jesus is everything to me. I could not fathom living one day without his presence and his Word. Right now He is my husband, friend, provider, healer, my everything.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Romans 8:28 means a lot to me because it is the scripture that caught my eye when I was going through some rough times.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
The Bible says not to be unequally yoked with an unbeliever for how can you walk together unless you agree. I want a husband who knows the word of God, so he can pray with each other daily.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in a small town called Bunkie, with a population of about 5,000 people. After graduating from LSU in Baton Rouge, LA, I married and movied to Dallas, TX. After 5 years and a divorce, I moved back to Bunkie, so my parents could help me with my children.
I have travelled to Guatemala for 10 days to volunteer at Casa de Alleyuha, an orphange for children. I have supported "Bubba" for 14 yrs. and I wanted to see him in person.
I have also traveled to Hong Kong, and worked with YWAM smuggling Bibles to China, teaching prostitutes to read, working in a warehouse to pack toys for special needs children.
I have travelled to mostly the southern states. I long to visit Jerusalem one day.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
My favorite activities in church is worshipping the Lord, intercessory prayer, visiting the nursing homes and hospitals, and working at the Manna House, feeding the homeless.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I arise early in the morning to have my precious prayer time with my loving Savior for an hour. Then I tidy up the house before going to work at school as a teacher. After work, I sometimes to the gym to work out, then come home and fix me a meal. I enjoy walking in the neighborhood and sitting on my front porch rocker and talk to the Lord as the sun goes down. Then I enjoy reading a Christian romance novel before retiring to bed, or watching a good movie.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
My personal goals are to help and encourage other people as I can. I want to continue to be passionate about Jesus each day and encourage others to believe in Jesus too.
