I am a christian, but I am not religious. Religion is what killed Jesus. The most important thing in my life is my relationship with Christ. I am a preacher's and yes, I already know what they say about us, but there are some decent ones out there:-) I am not in a relationship and have not been for some time because In my line of work, it isn't often I meet people who have the same morals/standards/values that I hold so dearly. I've spent time to get to where I am today (I've still got work to do) and I refuse to just settle for anyone or anything. I like balance. I can go to church and praise the Lord, the next minute enjoy a non religious theatrical performance on Broadway. I can attend Bible study and the next hour be on the lake fishing or jet sking. I am not LOOKING for a husband because the Bible I read says, "HE WHO FINDS A WIFE FINDS A GOOD THING". So since I am not a HE, I'll continue to make friends and groom myself spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially until the HE recognizes his good thing:-) As far as female friends, I don't have many female friends because the ones I run into are a tad bit too emotional and needy for me. So if there are any females who are independent emotionally, love the Lord and are looking for a prayer or bible study partner, feel free to drop me a line.
My Ideal Person
Someone who is outgoing and versatile. Who understands that it's ok to be a christian and have fun! and by fun I DO NOT MEAN GOING TO THE CLUB!

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
Where am I in my faith? Well, let's see! I guess it's pretty stong. Of course no one has a gun to my head right now!:-)
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Any verse that describes the 2nd coming of Christ and the new heaven and the new earth. This topic seems to be overshawdowed these days by money and material gain. Well if that's all there is to Christianity than I don't need it because I can have material wealth without being saved. Some of the wealthist people in the world are Atheist. But since I know I am to set my affections on things above and not things on this earth, I stay encouraged and excited thinking about the moment when he'll crack the sky. I also like to imagine my mansion. "BET MINE WILL BE BIGGER THAN YOURS!":-)
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
A new blind date? Anywhere close to a police precint:-) Some of the most noted serial killers claimed Christianity!
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in NY. (Go Jets!, I'm a little quiet about the Mets and the Knicks) I've travelled the world. I love Italy and the Ivory Coast!
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I can't really say what my favorite activity in church is, but my not favorite activity is when we play read along..i.e. "PULL OUT YOU BULLETIN AND READ THE ANNOUNCEMENTS ALONG WITH ME AS I READ TO YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU ALREADY READ AN HOUR AGO WHEN THE USHERS 1ST HANDED YOU THE BULLETIN"...stall tactic!...PREACHER MUST BE LATE!:-)
