Hi! My name is Sherry, and I currently live in Columbia, MO. I'm 26 with a BA in Biology from Truman State University. My friends typically describe me as compassionate and out-going. I love helping others whether it's cooking a meal, tutoring, or just being there when they need someone to talk to. My desire to help people is one of the main reasons I'm working towards my MD. I grew up in a small town on the Mississippi River, so I'm a country girl at heart. Going for a hike is something I enjoy when I need to get away and just be still in God's presence. I sing with my church's choir and with a chorus in the community. I also sing and play keyboard in my church's praise band. Music is very important to me; it's something that helps keep me sane. My Ideal Person:
First and foremost, I'm looking for someone who shares my love for God and my desire to serve him - the rest is secondary. I like a guy that is a good balance between serious and laid-back/funny. In other words, I would like you to be capable of a serious conversation and be passionate about something, but I also want you to laugh at your silly mistakes and not sweat the small stuff. I'd also like you to shares my interest in the outdoors, sports (mainly football and baseball) and/or music. If not, I'm always open to trying new things - you could share some of your interests with me.
