In 1998, was forced to retire from my business in NH and sold my little ranch style home to return to my original home state of Vt where I grew up.

Protective concerning issues of the elderly, children, and pets.
Hobbies are photography and genealogy, Love the outdoors when cold weather has passed.
Physically challenged from most activities I once took such pleasure with; ie - my motorcycle in summer and snowmobile in winter. Walking my cat in his stroller is currently the process of building muscles that don't work well in cold weather.
Any church that is spirit filled (vs. meaningless rituals) is how I find my place of worship. Love to make new friends and have many that are genuine.
Like to attend pow-wow gatherings since both great grams were Abenaki, have a best friend who is a Native American. Have lived in Hawaii and know the sting of being a minority where I finally managed to be accepted for employment... It's still a Paradise on Earth and went to Oahu for 5 weeks in 2005.
Plan breaks from winter to visit warmer places. We had especially lengthy snow season this year- October 2007 through yesterday, the 29th of April.
Am on the cusp of Cancer (home body) and Leo (Lion that seldom roars). Outer appearance is less important than moral fiber, do not discriminate any lifestyle, race, color, creed. Down to earth woman, pushed along as a child since being the eldest of three sisters, my brother was 5 yrs. older who left home at 16, joined the military and passed 2 yrs ago. He was my male comforter, teacher, friend, softball coach at home on the farm where we grew up.
Music: the 50's, hawaiian,easy listening, country (classic only), and gospel. Will send more personal photos if asked.
