No matter what I say about myself, the real me is not something you can put into words…but I will try. My friends would say that I love to laugh, am perverted in my sense of humor, easy to talk to, and am at times, too analytical. Most of the time, I'm playful and sarcastic, but I also like to get really serious and deep.
My main quest is to love others, have fun and enjoy the moment by moment opportunities to suck the marrow out of life. I'm an optimist and always try to find the good in people...I love people, unless they annoy me...and then I shut down. So, the negative side to my personality is I'm an all or nothing person....super passionate about what interreges me, but totally cold to what does not. Not to say I am not open to new things...I will try anything once.
God is a huge part of who I am, but I am by no means religious. I am a Christian, but not legalistic. I think everything is good in moderation and everything happens for a reason. I am an honest & genuine person who doesn’t put on a front or play games when it comes to relationships. I think we try so hard to show people what we want them to see instead of just being ourselves. Not being conceited, but I really like who I am and I'm not afraid to be myself. I give people the benefit of the doubt & always believe in them. In the past, it has burned me due to others not being honest with themselves: they were not ready accept what I had to offer.
I work in a stressful field, so when I am at play I like to be outside and enjoy the world around me. I also love movies/TV, being by the water, traveling, and camping. I have been working at getting myself in better shape (as I think most people are) but really enjoy jogging and tennis. The physical activity helps to melt the stress away too.
My Ideal Person:
…to say what I a looking for in a guy…someone who is intelligent, ambitious, witty and compassionate. I am independent so I highly respect a guy that is the same. I am waiting for a spiritual leader; someone who pursues God with his own passion, not because someone else is expecting/pushing it. I am looking for someone who knows who he is and likes who God created him to be.
