My Ideal Person
All I'm looking for is someone who will always seek the Lord's guidance and will accept me as I am. Someone who will be encouraging without being judgemental. Someone who will be my best friend.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I've been saved for 8 years, but I still feel like a baby christian. I had a few years after college where my life choices took some harsh turns, but in the last year I'm learning how to have my own personal relationship with God without relying on friends and loved ones to carry me along. It was a hard lesson to learn, but God knows the plans He has for me and I'm learning how to trust Him and listen.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
I honestly don't really have favorites. I like to quote Phillipians 4:13 a great deal.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Anywhere you can talk but not feel pressured.. not too romantic of an atmosphere.. then i tend to talk a lot.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Washington state in the same county. I never traveled until I was in HS. I went on a cruise ship with the band once.. that was fun! I also visited western europe, again with the band, commemorating the 50th ann of the end of WW2. I visited the Netherlands, England, France, and Belgium. Then in college I spent almost a month in London watching theatre and experiencing life. If I had the money I would keep a flat there and visit frequently. I traveled across the US a couple of times, lived in Massachusettes for almost 2 years. It looks like I've been everywhere, but alas, there are two places I've yet to go.. Canada (only a few hours drive), and Disneyland!!

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
My favorite activities at church are ministering through music and through theatre. I've only been going to my current church for a while, so I'm enjoying getting to know new people. Outside church, well, I seem to be working a lot lately. I like spending time with my 3 year old niece, reading, finding excellent films and some fun ones to see, working out, singing on my cheap karaoke machine and hopefully sometime soon, getting a christian theatre group started in my area.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Didn't I just answer this question? I work in a preschool. I teach 4 year olds. A lot of them! It can be extremely stressful, but then extremely fun. God gives me a lot of strength and love to pour out on them, so I know I'm in the right place right now. I don't know how to describe my daily habits. I try to get enough sleep every day. I work out (or try to) 3 times a week. It seems as if eating and sleeping take up a lot of my free time. If only we didnt have to do those two things, life would be grand!

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
Like I said before, I would like to start a Christian Theatre group in my area.. even just to do reading and discussions.. I'm working to get myself out of debt at present, so work is a priority, but I would love to be able to be a part time preschool teacher and do theatre the rest of the time.. and raise a family of course!
