My Ideal Person
I am looking for a person who truly seeks to serve the Lord with all his heart, soul, mind, and strength. A fun person, ready to enjoy sharing experiences and challenges individually and together. I'd like a partner who values/understands interdependence (walks alone yet knows the importance of teamwork also). I desire integrity on all accounts and give the same.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is my life, and I am so grateful that God has given me a mind to serve Him. My roots in the Christian faith are deep, and ancestrally strong. I am thankful for the foundation that was given to me. Jesus is My Anchor. I am growing in grace, and learning how to rely upon the Holy Spirit to know God the Father as Abba Father.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
I like Genesis 1:1 where it states, "In the Beginning God created..." because I think we as human beings all too often get caught up in our own stuff, and forget that it's all about God, for God, made by God. I also like the end when God says in Revelation 22:17, "And the Spirit and the Bride say, 'Come!'And let him who hears say, 'Come.' Whoever is thristy, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life." This scripture is incredible to me because it demonstrates God's love towards us, and also our love for each other because of the the new birth. Without God's love through Jesus' shed blood on the cross there would be no church to say with the Spirit---COME! But because God is in the Beginning and the End, the Alpha and the Omega, something wonderful is accomplished by the end of His Word and one sees God and His Body saying to anyone who will hear to come and have life, so I love these scriptures, my God and His Word.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Compatibly---I desire a mate who will "wash me with the Word" just as the scripture says. I am also a giver and I would like for my partner to be in agreement (another reason to be w/ a believer) with me about giving to the Kingdom. I want to be a lowly vessel with my spouse so that our Lord can be high and lifted up, so that souls might be drawn unto Him. I feel that reason is a great purpose of 2 becoming 1 for His kingdom.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in the south and in New England. I have traveled in the U. S.,Canada, Central America, and Europe. My favorite places are Vancouver, Belize, Boston, and San Francisco to name a few.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
At church I enjoy bible study, praise and worship, assisting with children's church, and prayer. Outside of church I like to workout, hike, workout some more, canoeing, cross-country skiing (when I can get away), theater, also movies, symphonies-when I can make it, reading, strolls & sitting at the beach- nothing like a beautiful sunset!

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I work hard, and that's ok because I do concur w/ "work as unto the Lord." I have my work to complete for my employer to provide for my family. I get my daughter and son to and from school. I also take part-time coursework in Health Information Technology. It's busy, functional and we throw in fun to keep us going.
