Right now, I am looking for a friend to share some quality time with that can treat me with dignity and respect, and as an equal partner in the relationship. I need someone who is patient, compassionate and has a loving heart, someone who will let me be myself and not try to control me. Someone who is not just about the physical, but also the intellectual side of a relationship.. I need to have intelligent conversations with someone who is open minded and willing to discuss just about anything, someone who is fun and easy going, and enjoys life, and most importantly, loves God and trusts him for their existence. If thats you, please write back.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I was raised Southern Baptist and then when my first husband and I got married, he was Assembly of God, so we decided to raise our children in that faith. I attend a Pentecostal church currently, but the sign on the front door of the church is not that big of a deal to me. God is God and when we all get to Heaven, there will be no "faiths" just Christians, so as long as someone trusts and believes in God and puts Him in the center of a relationship, thats all that matters.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
"I can do ALL things through Christ, who is my strength".. Phil.4:13
"He leadeth me beside the still waters, He restores my soul.".. Ps. 23
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
It is the key to my existence. I couldn't have made it through the last few years of my life without God holding my hand!!!
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up on a farm in Southern IL. The farthest I have traveled is to Tahiti.. Wow, what a trip that was. Other than that, I have mostly stayed in MO and IL because of my work... haven't had a chance to travel much at all in the last few years. I love to go to Memphis and Nashville because of my music background. I have always wanted to go to New Orleans, but haven't made it there yet.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Taking my dogs for rides in my truck, riding horses, shopping at Barnes and Nobel and having a Cappucino while I am there, and I love church picnics in the summer where I can enjoy the fellowship of others.Church camp is fun too.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Get up, feed all the animals, go to work, come home,go to bed. On weekends I add laundry and house-cleaning to my routine. On my days off, I spend alot of time outside on Sunday drives in the country taking picture of nature, or walking by the River.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To be settled down to a simple life in the country where my life can center around my husband (I know God will provide that person when the time is right), children, grandchildren, friends and my animals. Spiritually, I would like to be able to share my God- given musical talent more and have more time to minister to people in need.
