Let's see... First of all, my name is Laura.. I am a Christian and my faith is a big part of my life. I believe in soul mates and in falling in love at first sight. I love the smell of rain (and dancing in it) as well as the musky smell of a cold winters night. I can't go anywhere without my ipod because its the soundtrack to my life. I'm strong willed and independent mixed with the down home southern charm your mother would love. I have an unhealthy obsession with Elvis and collect vintage movie stuff. I'm laid back with a contagious giggle when I really get going.
I'm shy and soft spoken at first, but don't let this fool you because I am also very sassy and outgoing. I'm also very determined and usually get what I want sooner or later. I am very passionate about politics/government and law; I love Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush and I am a hard core Republican. I currently am working with a few senators and delegates and I am doing a lot of grassroots work.
I love my family and my friends like nobodys business, I like looking at the stars and also fine art. I'm a girly girl and I cry easily, especially at sappy movies. I love spontaneous adventures and acting a little crazy- yet not too crazy. I love the smell of wild honeysuckle in the summer time and I will probably drink sweet tea until I die. I love to cuddle and kiss, I could do it for hours and hours. Some like it hot, but I like it hotter...
I believe in watching Disney movies ( the old school ones with fun sing alongs) and coloring in coloring books with crayons because it is important to keep to the simple things. I tend to fall out of the bed at night if I'm having a bad dream...I love to cook, especially for my family and friends- I find it so relaxing hosting a dinner for the ones I love! I've played piano for about 14 years now, and I am starting to learn guitar. I'm pretty excited about it. I never had braces as a kid and I am obesssed with taking care of my teeth (brushing, flossing, etc). I love amur tigers because they are ferocious. I'm obsessed with Peter Pan crunchy peanut butter and that flavored water from Wal-Mart....
My wish list for barnes and nobles is insane- love that place. I love books, especially crime mysteries and romance novels- you know the kind by Nicolas Sparks, not the Fabio trashy ones. I'm pretty much in love with Matthew McConaughey and John Stamos because they are probably the best looking men on the face of the planet. If I were a character I would be a mix of Scarlett O'Hara because I'm a lovable southern spitfire and Bridget Jones because everyone needs some comic relief. I love ben and jerrys ice cream and can do one heck of a forrest gump impression. oh yeah, and I have two pretty cute dimples 
To me, there is nothing sexier than a man who can hold a conversation well. I like to talk alot and it is important to know that someone can hold an intelligent coversation about world events,etc. I like to be romanced, and little surprises mean a lot whether it is a post-it note message or my favorite flower. I also like tall men  Lying is unacceptable to me, so don't do it.
