I am from Maryland, but have been in San Diego for about 9 years. My children are grown and married and do not live in CA. I love to laugh, dance, go to the movies or watch one at home, power walk and eat healthy.
I definitely want to date a Christian, so that I know we will be together forever and beyond. I am outgoing, compassionate and caring, and am told I look 10 years younger than I am. I love to go out for Happy Hour or for dinner, and I am looking for someone who is intelligent and a great communicator. I was raised Baptist, converted to Catholic, and now attend a non-denominational church. The church teaches on topics that you need to know in today's world using the bible as a reference. I usually go to the Video Cafe and have Starbucks and watch the sermon on Video. I have learned so much from this church, and it is fun!
My Ideal Person:
A compassionate, caring man who makes a lady feel special. He must also want to make me laugh, as that is what I most need now. I want to find a partner/soul mate who will be with me forever. I am a one-man woman, and he needs to see me as his priority also. If you can dance, or want to learn to, that would be great. You cannot be a couch potato as I love to be with people and on the go. If you are comfortable watching movies at home once in a while that would be good too. Also, a man who wants to show me more of CA and perhaps go on a cruise would be great. There is so much I want to see and places I want to go. I want a man who is into health and exercise. He must believe in the trinity and heaven--if not, that is a deal breaker. Funny, smart, intelligent, compassionate, caring, goal oriented, and a great communicator is what I am looking for.
