I am 61 - I was married to the same man for 40 years until God decided to take him Home - I met someone -several months later and we got married (But I don't feel that either one of us was really ready for that.) It only lasted a few weeks - I know what it is to Love and be Loved and I also know what it is like to feel used. I am looking for my best friend (here on earth) I found out a relationship does not work - unless you can be best friends first.
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a man that knows how to show respect and love. One that lets God lead him in his everyday life. Also I would like for that man to want to build a friendship with God in the center - One that is fun to be around but also knows when to be serious. I would like for him to be able to express his feeling (I would like for us to be able to communicate with each other if there is any problems) I don't like someone that pouts and stays upset when I don't know what the problem is. (Three other things that are important to me is - I would like for him to be a Christian (prefer Baptist Belief) Non-smoker - and does not drink - (Nice Looking would be a plus - but what is in the heart is the most important thing) If you feel that you fit these qualifications - I would love to hear from you
Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
Faith in God keeps me going daily - I have had things happen that no man could control - and that makes my faith grow stronger each time
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
It is hard to say but if I had to choose just one it would be John 3:16 (The first one that I really remember learning as a child)
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I Love Jesus
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in a small town in Missouri - I enjoy going to Branson and also to the St. Louis and Memphis to visit friends and family
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I enjoy Sunday School - Worship Service - gospel singings -
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I'll tell you later
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To live closer to God and enjoy the rest of my life with Christian Friends and Family
