To get to know some one takes quite a while, but if there isn't a spark from the very beginning there isn't anything to continue to work for. I have found that it is important to have things in common--I like to dance, sing, flower and vegtable garden, shop, thrift stores, coffee shops, antique stores, find little out of the way places. I feel it is important to enjoy the everyday things. Today, I enjoyed the sun shining on my face, laughing with a neighbor about nothing in particular. Last night I enjoyed chatting with a friend for hours on the phone, because it was about my favorite subject God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I also enjoy eating at Applebees or other restaurants. I enjoy drama, mystery, history, traveling to new places and back to old places. Portland, OR has the most beautiful water falls I have ever seen. Cocoa Beach, FL has the best beaches and has the enjoyment of finding sea shells, great sun sets, music and dancing. It is also fun to discuss the last book I've read, music I have listened to, new things I've learned that day. The most fun is today, because yesterday is history and tomorrow is a mystery.
