I'm a gentle, kind, and compassionate person. I love God and I love people. I'm soft-spoken. I make a great listener. I'm easy to get along with. I'm an humble person with a servant's heart.
I'm also strong and independent. I know how to stand alone. I don't mind rockin' the boat or going against the grain if that is what it takes to stay true to my convictions.
I take my relationship with Jesus Christ very seriously. He loves me more than anybody else ever will and He showed that love in a way that nobody else ever will. I try to live my life in gratitude to Him for that love and grace. Sometimes I succeed--Sometimes I don't. He has a hold on me,though, and won't let go. For that, I'm very grateful.
Some things I believe in: put God first; keep life simple; live each day as if it were my last; be thankful for what I have; be real with myself and with others; extend the grace that I've been extended; when life gets difficult, just keep on keepin' on and don't give up!
My Ideal Person:
I'm looking to develop Godly friendships with Godly men and women. I want the kind of friendships where we encourage and inspire each other in the Lord. Am I looking for a man? No, I'm not looking for a man!

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
It's not my faith that is important to me. It's Who my faith is in. I don't trust my faith, but I do trust the One who my faith is in. God is constant. He never fails.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Too many to list, but I'll name one:
Jer. 29:11-I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans to do you good and not harm.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
If we are yoked together under the headship of Christ, then we won't be pulling against each other.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Mississippi. I have travelled to LA, AK, TN, FL, GA, Carolinas, VA, WV, DC, AL, TX, OK, KS, Missouri, Delaware, PA, NY, MD, RI, NH, CT, MA, ME, and Canada.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
At church, I enjoy pariticipating in dramas and worship dance.

It depends on what day it is!
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
My personal goals are tied in with my spiritual goals. I want to become more Christ-like. I want to become the ME He created me to be. I want to touch people's lives down here for Him. I dream of becoming an inspirational speaker to encourage the fallen and downtrodden that thru Jesus Christ, they CAN get back up and rise again.
