I practice my faith by listening to God through His word and constantly being humbled by the fact that His ways are not my ways so don't even TRY to guess what He is up to! He is so full of surprises and when He reveals himself, I am totally awed at His wisdom and His answer.

One of the biggest blessings I have experienced is learning to appreciate nature, such as relaxing with friends and family on the beach away from cell phones, computers and TV. Or, getting away to go camping for the weekend circling around a bonfire while the raccoons steal the tupperware of cookies off the picnic table. God provides the best entertainment and He usually provides the best form of relaxation.

At one time, I was more of a doer than I am now. Now, I'm learning to appreciate the simpler things in life...those things that strengthen relationships. I had an epiphany today...I can love others only as much as I love myself. God is teaching me to love myself so that I have others more.
