There's lots to tell by the time you get to be almost through your 40's, have raised 4 children, and have lived in a few dozen places. I have a greater peace with God and the world than I have ever had in my life. I have to say, I really wondered what God was thinking there for a while... but my faith has been restored through His master plan and through the caring individuals He has placed in my life.
Music is super important to me. I love almost every kind there is. There's also a certain rhythm in nature that really moves me, like wind in the trees, a flowing river, lapping waves, and that time of day where twilight turns into night. So I love to be outdoors enjoying nature, as much as I love a cozy home where I can curl up alone with a book, or enjoy entertaining friends.
Ah, before I go off on too many subjects, I should admit I love to talk and be talked to. Communication is number one with me. So just drop me a line, ask anything you'd like to know about me, and I'll probably write you an essay. Being a teacher and a mother for many years has made it hard for me to give short answers...lol. Of course, I'll be hoping for the long version of your story, too!
My Ideal Person:
The person I'd like to meet is interested in being married. He wants to be really close to the lady in his life; he wants her to be his best friend as well as someone he totally adores and is drawn to romantically. And of course, the feeling is mutual. This feeling is built on getting to know each other well, so I like someone who enjoys sharing a lot of conversation. If you're the quiet or private type, we would both probably be dissatisfied. Other important areas such as spirituality, economics, intimacy, family relationships, using humor, love of music, etc., are the kinds of things we would both want to get to know about each other as we get acquainted.
