I was suddenly widowed in July '07. It has been a very difficult time for me - unbelievable really! But my marriage was so good that I'm hoping and praying God will see fit to grant another amazing relationship to me again. I'm not looking to marry someone tomorrow, but I do hope for someone who'll be interested in getting to know me better and we'll go from there. God is good (all the time!) and I trust Him with all my heart that He holds my future (and yours!) and has only our very best in mind.
My Ideal Person:
First and foremost I am looking for a man who loves Jesus Christ with all his heart, soul and mind. I want to be with someone who will love me just as I am, that I can be totally myself with and who feels he can be totally himself with me. Loyalty, gentleness and a sense of humor are also important to me.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My Christian faith is everything to me. Jesus died for me, in my place. How could I not love and serve Him?
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Jeremiah 29:11 because I need hope for my future after losing my husband. Also, many of the Psalms are so encouraging to me.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Because the Bible says to not be unequally yoked, and it's a command from the Lord to not be with someone who doesn't believe the way I do.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born in Wichita, Kansas, but grew up since age 4 in the Seattle area.
I've travelled overseas with my church youth choir to Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Englanc, Scotland and Austraila. We also went to Canada and California. I've also been to Florida, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Oregan and Idaho.
My favorite places to visit are Orlando and Anaheim because I'm a big Disney fan!
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Singing - I'm on the worship team and in a choir.
My parents own a boat, and I love to be on it on a nice day.
I'm not much of an outdoors girl, but I'm also up for anything and am not opposed to doing things outside.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I go to work Mon-Fri, from 8am-5pm. I'm usually home in the evenings, but often have things I go out and do.
Weekends are usually pretty laid back, with church always on Sunday morning.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I want to get married again someday.
I just want to keep growing the the Lord and keep discovering who He wants me to be now that my life is so much different than it was before and has taken such an unexpected turn that I never thought would happen so early in my life.
