Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I know the Lord but know I haven't been following him the way I should be. I gone through a lot of stuggles with my faith since the break up of my marriage and have fallen away from God on many occasion. Keeping in mind that the circumstances I've found myself in was due to my own lack of faith and has nothing to do with Gods own faithfullness to me. I miss Him and what to get back to where I know I need to be with my relationship with him.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I just don't feel right when I leave God out of my life. Life is not the same without Him and I fall when I push Him out.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born in Maine, grow up in Connecticut. Moved to California in 1990 and lived there for 6 years. Moved to Pennsylvania and lived there for 1 year, then to Delaware for 8 years. Now I'm in North Carolina. I loved the Bay area where I lived. I love Pennsylvania and would like to live there again. I don't like North Carolina. Can't get use to the heat.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I haven't found a church here yet but when I was going, I enjoyed assisting with the little one. We also had small groups that we would get together with every other Sunday evening for fellowship. I loved getting to know the people in my small group and spending time with them. Outside of church, I like to walk on the beach or go anywhere that there is water.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I go to college classes three days a week and work part time three days a week. I spend a lot of time studying, doing research and writing papers. I also have a pet sitting business which fills up some of my time.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
Personal goals are to find love again, finish school and find a great job. I hope to buy a home someday and would also like to invest in rental properties. I would like to adopt a child one day..before I get too old. My spiritual goals would be to have a much closer relationship with God. I haven't fully committed my life to Him and know that I need to.
