I am looking for a Christian man who is serious about serving God every day. Someone who is already tithing, attending church and committed to a body of believers. Someone who likes to travel and has the means to do so but also maintains a nice home and isn't looking for a woman to take care of them but for a relationship where each person helps bring out the best in the other person. I like to travel, especially flying, enjoy local sporting events and professional ones too. Intimacy is important but only in the right parameters.
My Ideal Person:
Honest in all situations, sensitive to the needs of others, able to take charge and be responsible when necessary, great sense of humor, happy with his life, families are important to him. I want to be showered with attention, protected when necessary and spoiled a little bit. He will be thoughtful and caring. He needs to be good at expressing himself and willing to avoid conflict. Sensual and passionate, adaptable to change, outgoing and vivacious, not competitive to extremes, even tempered, patient and enjoys extended family. Personal hygiene will be important and good grooming.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is the most important aspect of my personality. It determines my daily activities, how I treat people, how I conduct myself in business situations and what I turn to under every circumstance. It is my greatest heritage and daily I am thankful for godly parents and extended family and friends that lead godly lives. I want to please God will my life, my work and my relationships. Am I perfect? No Way! Am I am angel? No, not that either but am I willing to let God work in my life and I am trying? Absolutely
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Wow, there are so many. I have several that I memorized as a child that are very important. Currently I am blessed by Psalms 23:3 He restoreth my soul. I'm working on some big projects right now so his refreshment and restoration is critically important to me. I consider the Bible the inspired Word of God and a powerful, relevant daily guide for my life.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
A Christian relationship is important because life brings a myriad of different experiences. You can enjoy them best with someone who knows and accepts that blessings are a sign of God's hand in our lives. It's also the only way to get through those hard times that are just part of living here on this earth. My relationship with Christ has never been a disappointment to me and my greatest happiness is when I am walking close by His side.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in the south east so I do have a southern accent. I have not traveled that much. I've made a couple of trips outside of this country. A trip to England many years ago and to study briefly in Spain about ten years ago. I travel a bit in California and Tennessee now with work but most of my travel is to visit family and friends. I would like to see the autumn leaves in the northeast, float on a river boat down the Mississippi and see Niagara Falls. I am so proud to be an American and am very patriotic so I also love visiting Washington DC in the spring for the cherry blossom festival.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I enjoy worship and singing even though I don't necessarily have a good voice. I have been very active in different ministries at different times. Right now I do a lot of volunteer work outside of church in my community. Usually it is geared toward benefiting the lives of children.
Activities, I enjoy movies, going out to eat, driving by the beach, strolling at the water's edge. I enjoy shopping in designer stores and at second hand and garage sales. I am getting to the place that I want less stuff to take care of and more opportunities to enjoy relationships.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I wake up very early but I'm kind of a slow riser. I start by saying my prayers, reading and having my devotions and then calling to say thank you to my mother. I like to have breakfast right away and three days a week, I go to an 8 o'clock exercise class. I'm usually ready to work at 9:30 or 10 am.
I have the luxury of guiding my own day somewhat so I can go out to lunch with friends or co-workers fairly often. I am self employed so sometimes I work long hours and sometimes I choose just to relax and take care of myself. I usually go to bed around 11:30 and drop off to sleep immediately.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
My prayer and personal and spiritual goals are all rolled into one. I simply want to develop and use every talent I have to bring glory to God as long as I have the privilege to serve Him here on this earth.
