I'm 42 and have been divorced for six years. Still waiting for the one to make me smile. I'm happy with myself...I believe that is a must for anyone because if your not happy with yourself you can never be happy with someone else.
I love meeting new people. I enjoy going to movies even if I have to go alone. I also love putting a DVD in with a bowl of popcorn and then snuggling on the couch. I love getting one of my cameras or both and just getting in my car and driving. Never really knowing where I will end up is part of the fun.
I do have to say that I do enjoy a couple of sports. I love football and baseball. I love going downtown to see the Redbirds play. I don't however know enough about basketball to say wheather I like it or not. Do the Globetrotters count?
I'm a nice person. I can honetly say that about myself. My friends respect me. I believe that is an amazing thing. Because as we all know there are some people that you just can't respect.
I do miss having someone there though. Someone who I can depend on. Someone who is as willing as I am to give to the other. Give their time or some of it. Give their emotions. Give their smiles.
I do want to be friends first with someone before there is a serious relationship. I think that is a must.
I also love the job that I have and am very good at it. It's strange in this day for someone to really say they enjoy their job.
