I'm supportive, fun, loyal, hard working, honest, and just can't be a "mom" for a guy any more. I don't nag, and don't want a nag ;-) I have a 10 yr old , so a desire for a family and fun a must. I love the outdoors, hiking, fishing, camping occasionally, sharp shooting, scuba, beaches, and of course Jesus. I would love someone who loves to do volunteer work.... when time permits.

My Ideal Person
Someone who can have fun, laugh at life, love Jesus and not mind me talking about silly things God did for me that day. Someone who truly wants to do good, be as honest as possible, and expore new things with me and possibly children. Someone who will talk to me about things, and not just run off to brood if something is bothering them. A best friend whom I can't wait to see each day and ditto in return. Someone who doesn't complain all the time. Someone who will not want me to be their mother, nor lie to me just to avoid a possible problem like a kid in fear does. I'm not like that, I don't know why some guys automatically act that way towards women! Someone who enjoys being themselves and let others be themselves too.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I need to learn more of the Word from the Bible, but my relationship with Jesus is strong and going on 20+ years. He is my best friend, I talk to Him all day long, and He gives me signs and inspirations that are hard to believe! They defy odds.. like right now, he's giving me a string of "Kevin" coincidences ... usually I will keep my eyes open and find something or someone He needed me to pay attention to ... then it stops and something new starts. So, I suppose I need someone who would understand that and not think I'm being silly.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in St. Louis, Mo. Moved here about 2 years ago. I love to travel to tropical places.

Working with the kids!

heh - no routine! each day is a new set of tasks
