Hi! My name is Teresa; I am a very simple, straightforward, laid-back and reserved person. My friends have finally figured out that I know what I am looking for and won't settle for less than God's best. I am usually shy for the most part until a person gets to know me (then watch out lol). I work for an independent insurance agency (sell auto & homowners insurance)and work in the nursery at my church on Wed. nights. I'm looking for a godly man who shares my same values and beliefs. I am looking for that special someone that God created just for me to spend the rest of my life with. Of course, my potential partner should love God (obviously), is honest, has a sense of humor, respectful, affectionate, and all that other good stuff

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is very important to me; it's who I am, it defines me. I grew up in a Baptist church and got saved at age 8. I try to live my life pleasing to God by the words that I say and by my actions because that is one way to witness to people. I never was a crowd follower or succumbed to peer pressure in high school or even college days because I know that at the end of our lives it is not those other people we will have to answer to, but it will be God we will have to answer to. I've had my "dry" moments with my relationship with God, but am developing a better relationship with Him.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
God's Word says that we are not to be yoked with non-believers. A Christian relationship is extrememly important to me because God will be the center of both our lives, not just on one side. It will also make the relationship much better knowing that you both are coming from the same page and on the same spiritual level.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I really enjoy going to church every Sunday morning and night and just listening to the sermons and trying to apply it to my own life. I currently work in the nursery and really enjoy being around kids.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To grow a deeper relationship with God and to study my Bible more in depth.
