My closest friends describe me as: easy-going, faithful, kind, lady-like, joyful, flexible, but then those are my closest friends.
I love music--most all genres. Of course my favorite music is worship, but I also enjoy gentle rock and smooth jazz. I also enjoy classical and opera, perhaps a bit of western tossed in for favor. Dancing is a very good thing, especially if my partner is one who likes to dance.
I've seen just enough of Europe to know I want to see more. Ditto for our own East Coast and Hawaii. Oh, heck, I just like to travel and see whatever. Fun is usually in the people you're with, more than the places you go.
Things I enjoy: amusement parks, poking through antique stores, fine dining, watching a good athletic event (preferably in person, though I'm not a season ticket person),concerts, plays, road trips, travel, games, walking, talking, laughing, to name a few. I'm open for most excursions...it's the people that make it fun.
My Ideal Person
Ideally, I'd like to meet a man who has a relationship with Jesus and desires to become more and more like Him. My family is very important to me and I think his family should be to him also. I would like to meet someone who can laugh and play, but be serious, too, and is not afraid to share. Also, I'm looking for that elusive chemistry thing...only the Lord knows how that works.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Since it is impossible for light to fellowship with darkness, a growing relationship must be based on devotion to Jesus first.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I'm a native Californian. I grew up in the Torrance area. I've visited the Midwest, parts of the east coast, the pacific coast, England, Paris, seaport of Spain, Portugal, Nova Scotia, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Mexico. Places I'd like to revisit: New York city, Washington D.C., Mass, England, Paris.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I lead praise and worship at church. I attend a weekly Bible study. Once a month I get together with my "Muskies" for a birthday celebration. We were all in Women's Aglow together and 20 years later we're all still together. My granddaughters are young and it's important to me that I be someone memorable in their lives, so I try to see them several times a month. My parents are in their 80's and quite active. I try to see them several times a month.I like to travel whenever I get the opportunity.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I love mornings. I make coffee and then spend time reading scripture and praying before I get ready for work. Work in many ways is an extension of ministry; I get to help the visually impaired and blind learn to use computers. At the end of the day, I enjoy reading, watching English sit coms, & mysteries, dinner with friends, Bible study group, and playing with my granddaughters.
