My Ideal Person
My ideal match would be a man of character and integrity who values family, friends and God as the giver of life and love. He would have a great smile, be tender and passionate and live life to the fullest. He would be looking for a woman who is independent and confident but who is looking for a partner to share the adventure.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My personal relationship with Jesus Christ is what grounds and sustains me in my daily life. It is what guides me in my work, with my family and in everything I do.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future!" Jeremiah 29:11

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
For me, it's not an option. Without Christ at the center, there is no anchor, nothing to hold steady in times of crisis. And when two people can pray together, their relationship can reach a level of deep personal and spiritual intimacy and there is no greater experience.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I've lived coast to coast--growing up in New England, living in Michigan and in Oregon before coming to Ohio. . . I love the beach and the water and visit there every chance I get. My most interesting destination was a two-week trip to Africa on a mission journey when we had the opportunity to share God's love on the other side of the world.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
My Christian life is enhanced by worship music . . . I am a pianist and have played for Sunday worship services for many years . . . I've also taught classes and seminars over the years and enjoy speaking when the opportunity arises.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Currently, my days are long with families whose babies are in our neonatal intensive care unit. These families are stressed and often need support and comfort. I work out on the way home to help with the stress of the job. I enjoy relaxing on the weekends after a busy week.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
