Four things I love...God, student ministry, someone who can make me laugh and Starbucks. // I became a Christian in college and started working in full time ministry 5 yrs. after teaching Elem. PE. My passion is Student Ministy and I am grateful for the opprtunities God has given me to be involved in students' lives. I am pretty organized (some might even say a neat freak) and I try to keep things tidy. I like to cook, bake, and entertain. I am a huge fan of Starbuck's. I really like their coffee but I also like the atmosphere and getting to meet friends there. I belong to a gym and like to be in shape. In the past I have competed in some sprint triathlons and I hope to do some again in this next year.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
God saved me by His grace and He is now purifying me to be more like Christ. My faith is what helps me to respond to the ups and downs of life.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or conceit but in lowliness of mind, consider others better than yourself." Phil. 2:3 It always challenges me.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in PA and lived in NOVA for 12 years. Now I am back in PA. I have had the opportunity to travel a bit by leading short term missions trips for teens. I've been to Ghana (8X), the DR, and Mexico. I went to Spain in High school for a class trip. I also went on the world's worst Caribbean Cruise (you can ask me about it later). Stateside, I've gotten to a lot of places but most memorable are Phoenix/Sedona, AZ, doing a couple cattle drives in NM, and working at a Christian Ranch camp in WY for 2 summers. I travel to Denver about once a year to visit friends.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
It's hard to say what my favorite activities are at church since it is my workplace. I love my job and most everything I am involved in at my church is related to my job. Favorite activities outside Church...gotta say, I am a girl and I do enjoy shopping. It is relaxing to me. I wouldn't mind being someone's personal shopper :) I like to go for coffee by myself or with friends.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
My days are never the same, being in Student ministry. Time in the office, meetings, and meeting with people outside the office are main chunks of my day but there is always variety in the mix.
