Hi! I realize this may be an odd approach, but I am very dedicated in my search for a Godly man that I can share my life with. I have had way too many stumbling blocks in my life to settle. Again! I am so tired of wasting my time that I thought I would lay it all right out there up front. This will let a person know up front that my #1 priority is finding someone who is working towards the same goal as I am. I pray that only serious guys will respond to this.
I am most passionate about my desire to live my life for the Glory of God.
The 3 things for which I am most thankful for are: Faith in God, Family and friends, Food and shelter.
My 3 Relationship Strengths are: I tend to have very high values, I do not get distracted by superficial issues and I set and maintain very high personal standards.
The most influential person in my life and why? Jesus. His teachings and commitment to do God's Will while on earth, have inspired a change in me more than anything or anyone else. Remembering what He did for us on Calvary is enough to give anyone a boost.
The four things friends say about me are: I am Generous, Loyal, Thoughtful, and Spiritual.
My 3 BEST life-skills are: Creating romance in a relationship, Finding pleasure and contentment in simple things and Sharing my beliefs through teaching, participation, and example.
Other than my appearance, the first thing that people notice about me is: My willingness to help and to give of myself.
The ONE thing that people DON'T notice about me right away that I WISH they WOULD is: My heart. Because of the trials that I have been through in my life, it has been hard for me to open up and to trust people that I meet.
I usually spend my leisure time: Reading, listening to music, watching TV, going out to dinner or anything outdoors. God's Glory is reflected in everything I see when outdoors. The beauty of a rock, a flower, the grass, a tree, a hillside, a creek, etc. It is all amazingly overwhelming to me.
The 5 things that I can not live without are: God, Faith, Love, Shelter, and Family.
The last book that I read and enjoyed was "It's Not About Me" By Max Lucado. It is a book written by a Christian author that helps remind me what we are on this earth to do. We are merely reflectors for God. It is all about God and His Glory!
One thing about me that only my closest friends know is that I have a very kind and giving heart. I truly do care for others, sometimes it is not apparent because of my lack of trust and being able to open up.
I love the outdoors. Anything from traveling, beaches, hiking, camping, mountains, motorcycling, white water rafting, snow sports or rollerblading. You name it; I love to try new and exciting things. I enjoy a quite walk alone, or with my partner. I have a 17-year-old daughter who is finishing her high school in MN with her dad.
My Ideal Person:
The most important quality that I am looking for in another person is: I have been involved with attractive unbelievers in the past. Attractive is not enough anymore. These days, I am not dating; I am waiting to meet someone very special. I'm willing to wait for "extreme" compatibility. I hope that person will also like to keep physically fit, healthy. It is very important to have a Spiritual Leader who can guide me, teach me, learn with me and share with me my walk with Jesus. Faith, Honesty and Commitment.
I would like a strong Christian leader who is not afraid to reflect God's glory. I want to find my best friend to share my life with. I want to be important, special and your priority. I enjoy the finer things in life. I like to spend quality alone time with my partner.
I have a strong desire to find someone to share my love for God and my desire to grow in His Word. It is very important to me to put God first in my life and the life of my partners. Together we can learn, grow and continue to be strong.
