I'm very tall. I'm 47. I gave my heart to Jesus as a teenager. I have 2 teenagers, one in college. My ex-husband lost interest in God and me and left 7 years ago. People say I'm quiet. I'm educated, but not sofisticated. I'm not stylish, but not frumpy either. I have a diploma in electronic publishing and a bachelor's degree in technical writing, and I currently work for a newspaper in page construction.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength." Faith that isn't the most important thing in a person's life isn't worth anything.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun. Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him... Psalm 37
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I don't want to gamble with my eternal future. Hoping I'll spend eternity with my savior is not good enough -- I need to know.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I graduated from Cloquet High School in northern Minnesota (near Duluth). The farthest I've been is Scotland. I like to visit national parks and places of historical interest. I've never been to Washington D.C., and I hope to go someday.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I sing in the church choir.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I work regular buisness hours. I come home and make dinner. Then I walk or ride my bike for an hour. I take my 2 wiener dogs, either on a leash or in my bike basket. I watch a little TV and work on crafts. Then I read before bed. My routine sounds so awfully routine. When I break out of the routine, I like to go to concerts, singles events at my church, camping, visiting family in Cloquet, etc.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I hope to find a new Bible study group to join.
