Most of my friends would say I have an entertaining personality. I love to joke around and make people laugh. My philosophy on life is God is good, He is in control and working good in all circumstances. My faith in Christ defines who I am. I practice my faith by reading God's Word daily, attending church services regularly, staying plugged into church functions and fellowshipping with fellow believers. On a date, I enjoy dining out (or in) and great conversation. When I'm at home, I enjoy listening to contemporary Christian music. The types of films I enjoy are action, mystery, and suspense however, I have been known to watch a chick flick now and then with a kleenex. I enjoy my work and feel so blessed to not only do the type of work I enjoy, but also work with co-workers I consider friends. My current field is Information Systems; I am a webmaster.
My Ideal Person
I am looking for a partner who stands firm in his Christian faith, knows who he is in Christ and is looking for an honest and committed long-term relationship. I enjoy meeting people and going out with friends but my main reason for joining this site is to establish a serious and long-term relationship and I'm looking for someone with the same goal. I'd like my date to be committed to Christ, quick witted, spontaneous and romantic. The people I tend to be attracted to would be comfortable setting things aside to visit with family and friends, be humorous and have a gentle spirit. I like my date to be an old fashioned person with personal qualities such as holding doors, carrying heavy boxes, and able to fix things around the house. There's just something so appealing about a capable man who has confidence; not arrogance. I want my mate to be able to lead (know what it means to love his wife as Christ loved the church), make decisions confidently, and understands completely what a biblically submissive wife is. I want a man who doesn't mind tasteful public displays of affection, can easily and openly declare his love for his mate to friends and family, and wants the same back.
