I want a closer walk with the Lord, and I am looking for others who want the same. Would like to have close friendships with other christians. Have looked in the wrong places before I realized that Jesus is the answer. Most of my friends say I am an outgoing although slightly reserved person. In my spare time I enjoy reading, listening to music, watching movies, fishing, latch hooking, and my cats, and my grandchildren. One of the most important things I've learned is life is that "honesty is always the best policy".

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is important to me. I have strayed over the years and over the past year-year and a half have tried to get back on the right path. I am still working on it and will continue to do so.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
John 3:16, Psalm 23, I love the whole book of John and the Psalms

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I have had relationships that were not christian based.....and i feel those relationships weren't responsible for me straying from God, but I do feel they helped.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
i grew up in the Midwest......I have traveled most of the western states and all of the southern states........I would have to say my most favorite places were Wyoming, Tennessee, and Florida

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
hectic......taking my twin teens to their appointments........my 23 year old daughter has recently moved back in and is pregnant so we have a lot of things going on with her.....I babysit in my home.....so my life is kind of hectic...then of course any appointments I may have. then cooking and cleaning and laundry must be figured in somewhere. lol

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
a closer walk with the Lord........lose weight.....get healthier.......help my daughter get a place of her own and be a good mother......i am trying to lead my children to the Lord, but unfortunately even though they believe in God, they don't seem to want a close relationship with him. so that is a goal of mine.
