First and foremost, I am a born again Christian since 1983; I believe that Christianity is totally a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and not a religion. I am originally from New York (Big Apple born & raised) and living in middle TN sixteen years. I have been attending a local nondenominational church for twelve years where I am involved in the singles and 's worship ministries. My interests are many: I am into lighthouses, sports (baseball, hockey, football & some basketball), music (country/bluegrass, contemporary Christian/praise, some classic rock, doo-wop, instrumental, Cajun and other ethnic music, some jazz), cooking, travel, photography (which I incorporate into several of my other interests), and attending some cultural events. I love the adventure of taking undestined drives just to see where the road will take me; favorite season is fall because it's not too hot or too cold and the foliage is often breathtakingly beautiful, but also love the cold weather and snow that comes with winter. Musically, I have been involved in singing, songwriting, and playing some guitar and still enjoy singing locally with several bands in country/bluegrass venues in the area. I lean toward traditional country music. I love trying new restaurants and have come to find quite a few I consider favorites (I also collect menus from various restaurants--both locally and during my travels). As I am a romantic person, I seek someone who is romantic, along with being a good conversationalist with a sense of humor; someone whose relationship with Jesus Christ is very important to him--one who will pray with me, read the Bible with me, attend church with me, and enjoy some of my interests with me, as I am open to enjoying some of his interests with him, and hopefully have some interests in common.
