My Ideal Person
I am looking for a man who loves the Lord, who is caring, funny, gentle, and open in sharing his life with someone. I would like this man to be smart, attractive (which can mean many things), motivated to be active, and self-sufficient. He must love kids and appreciate their developing sense of humor and self.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I have always had belief in God and Jesus. But it wasn't until recently that I've had a relationship with Christ. My life has truly been transformed and I have peace and joy in my life like I've never had before. I go to church weekly and I'm involved in two small groups. I serve at church in many different ways. Leading my children in faaith is extremely important to me.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
1 Corinthians 13, John 3:16 and any other verse that directs that only through Christ are we saved. Psalms and Proverbsss have also been very important in my spiritual growth.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I beelieve that we should be equally yolked in our marriages because we must share our most important aspect of life. If that issue isn't a match then difficulties could arise that test that and that could lead to serious problems.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago, in a very middle to upper middle class area. I have traveled many places, most of which were related to family visits. New England, DC, Flaa, Texas, Mexico, Canada, Jaamaica, Granddd Cayman, and Haiti.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Leading high school Bible studies, missions trips, VBS, and youth rallies with our youth group. Outside of church, I like to go shopping, going out to eat, working in my yard, and doing projects around the house. I really do enjoy working around the house.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
during the school year, I get up about 6:00 and get to work for 8:00. Work is about a 30 minutee drive. I drive my son to school because he attends a Charter school near my work. I get off work at 4:00 but I usually stay later to keep up with paper work. In the evenings, I help the kids with home work, do laundry and clean. Some nights, I work out and some, I watch movies or TV with the kids. We eat out a lot during the week becasue I'm usually too tired to cook. In the summer when I am off contract, the routine is much more relaxed. I work in the yard, clean and vissit with friends.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I would like to contiue to grow in Biblical understanding and inprooving in applying it to my life. I would like to continue to focus on raiing my kids, hopefully improving as I go. I hope to be at my current position until I retire.
