I have been a Christian since I was a but am just now beginning to see the importance of service in my own spiritual walk with Christ. I just returned from my first real Mission Trip the the serve the displaced victims of Hurricane Katrina. It was an experience of a lifetime and It will not be the last mission trip I go on. In the meantime, I will keep finding ways to serve the poor and needy near to where I live. Many say I am easy to get along with. I am easy going and enjoy the simple fun in life. I can enjoy a movie out in town or rent a video/dvd. It has been a long time since I was on a waverunner but I find them quite fun. I prefer the water to snow. ( I don't like snow) I also enjoy going to look at model homes and find houses facinating for a variety of reasons. Another passion that I have is Real Estate Investing. At first glance this may not seem like a very spiritual ambition to have, but I thank God everyday to have discovered this about myself. My vision is to be financially indepenant and that after my retirement is secure I want to use Real Estate profits to fund a ministry ( not sure which ministry yet). Because of my Real Estate ambition, I plan to be financially secure whether I ever remarry or not. I will get married again only for love with someone I want to be with, Not because of financial dependance. I am a practical reasonable thinker; perhaps more analytical than I need to be. I have a GOOD head on my shoulders. I am happy with my life. Favorite Scripture Eph 2:10 Although I am Divorced I did have Biblcal Grounds for my Divorce. However, I do believe God forgives our Divorces when we ask and repent of those behaviors which may have contributed to the failure.

My Ideal Person
The right man with me is one who is serious about staying close to his Lord. He has a heart to serve in the Body of Christ in some way. He has had struggles in his life and is willing to disclose his failures, his pain and struggles. He attends a church regularly and has at least a couple of friends that he has a spiritual connection with and they mutually encourage each other in their walk. He must be responcible and dependable.
I like someone who knows he has flaws, he assesses himself and his life. He looks for ways to improve etc.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I value knowing that I am loved. He is the highest authority and if He believes I am worth dying for then it must be true.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
We are his Workmanship. Can be translated Masterpiece. God wants to treat me like a masterpiece and He wants me to treat myself and others that way also.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
God created us for relationship. Both Vertical and lateral.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I have not traveled enough but I have been to Hawaii twice, New England states once, Orlando Florida Once, I went to New Orleans on a Mission Trip. Last month I went to San Francisco to vistit a friend.
